Cases submitted for publication in the International Journal of Case Studies in Management must follow the guidelines for
manuscript formatting and layout specified in the Style Guide for Cases and Teaching Notes.

The following templates were prepared in accordance with the publishing standards adopted by the Centre for Case Studies and may only be used for cases
or teaching notes submitted to the Journal or deposited with the HEC Montréal Centre for Case Studies. These templates
have a “.dot” extension. Simply click on the template that applies to you and save it in Word with your other templates.

Guide to teaching notes
In accordance with the editorial policy of the Case Centre, all cases
submitted for peer evaluation with a view to publication in the International Journal of Case
Studies in Management must be accompanied by teaching notes, which are also subject to peer review.
As regards the content of teaching notes, the Centre offers a Guide to Writing Teaching Notes. It is strongly recommended that authors wishing to submit their cases / teaching notes to the International Journal of Case
Studies in Management consult this document and ensure that the teaching notes include the required elements described in the guide. This document can be downloaded:
